Step 1: THE CONSULTATION
At POSH HOUSE, we always begin with the initial consultation. The primary focus is on understanding the client's vision and preferences. This involves a detailed discussion about their lifestyle, aesthetic tastes, and functional needs, ensuring that their ideas and desires are clearly communicated. The client is encouraged to share inspiration images, favorite colors, and styles they admire, helping to align the design direction with their personal taste. During this phase, budget discussions are crucial to ensure the project is financially feasible. Additionally, a thorough assessment of the space is conducted to understand its layout, natural light, existing furniture, and any structural limitations, setting the foundation for a design that is both beautiful and practical.
Step 2: DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN
In the concept development and design proposal phase, the focus is on translating the client's vision into a tangible plan. This begins with creating mood boards that capture the desired aesthetic, incorporating colors, textures, and furniture styles aligned with the client’s preferences. Client feedback is crucial at this stage, and adjustments are made to ensure the design direction resonates with them. A functional layout plan is developed to optimize space according to the client's lifestyle. Once the concept is refined, a detailed design plan is presented, including furniture selections, color schemes, lighting, and accessories. Physical samples of materials are provided to involve the client in the decision-making process, and 3D renderings offer a realistic preview of the space. A budget breakdown is also reviewed to ensure transparency and alignment with the client’s financial expectations, paving the way for final approval
Step 3: REVISIONS, REFINEMENTS, and IMPLEMENTATION
In the revisions, refinements, and implementation phases, the design is fine-tuned and brought to life. Client feedback is carefully incorporated, with adjustments made to ensure every detail aligns with their vision. Once the client is fully satisfied, final approval is obtained, and the project moves into the implementation stage. This involves coordinating with contractors, painters, and other professionals to execute the design plan, with a strong focus on staying on schedule and within budget. Throughout the process, the client is kept informed and involved, with regular updates and on-site visits to maintain their engagement and comfort with the ongoing work. Quality control is prioritized to ensure that the execution meets both the design specifications and the client’s expectations, resulting in a finished space that perfectly reflects the client’s desires.r>
